What we collect
When you submit a service request through our website, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you requested, and any project details you include. No account is required. We do not track you across other websites.
How we use your information
We use submission data for one purpose: to respond to your service request and follow up on the project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How we store it
Service requests are delivered via email to our team and temporarily cached on Cloudflare's infrastructure (United States) for up to 90 days as operational backup. After that window, records are automatically purged.
Third-party services
Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Transactional email (when configured) is sent through Resend. Both providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies and do not use your information for advertising.
Cookies
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A small number of strictly necessary cookies may be set by Cloudflare for security (bot detection, DDoS protection).
Your choices
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by calling (512) 277-9110. We will confirm and remove records within 30 days.
