About these terms

These terms govern your use of the The Goat Handyman Services website and the engagement of our services. By submitting a service request or engaging us on a project, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & estimates

All quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if scope changes, if hidden conditions are uncovered, or if materials pricing shifts materially between quote and job start. We will always discuss changes with you before proceeding.

Scheduling & deposits

For some projects — particularly those requiring significant material purchase — we may request a materials deposit before work begins. Deposits will be clearly stated on your written quote and are applied toward the final invoice.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion. We accept check, cash, and major cards. Unpaid balances past 30 days accrue a 1.5% monthly service fee.

Warranty & liability

Our workmanship is warranted for 30 days from completion against defects in installation. Manufacturer warranties on materials pass through to you. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage from normal wear. Our total liability on any engagement is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.

Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting service (correct address, honest scope of work, access details). We rely on your information to quote and schedule work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in Burnet County, Texas.
